FedRAMP

US federal security authorization for cloud services — the compliance bar for government software.

FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) is the US government's standardized security authorization for cloud products; HIGH is its most demanding baseline, and IL7 extends into classified impact levels. Executive Order 14028 pushed the same rigor — SBOMs, provenance, attestation — into all federal software procurement.

Safeguard's platform meets these requirements end to end, and the artifacts Gold publishes (SBOMs, provenance records, verified components) are the raw material of that compliance story.
